TINY bird cage, perfect for travel
The door on the front is hard to open, but you will be safe if you have a bird who tries to open doors. This cage is very small and I would consider it inhumane to house a bird in full time, but it is light and small enough to hold in your lap in the car. Perfect for traveling with a small bird! My two parakeets fit fine for short periods. My birds didn’t care for the round swing and it blocks space in the already small space of the cage. The food and water bowls are the best part of this cage, they stay on very sturdy even when maneuvering the cage around and don’t spill. The bottom tray is the perfect size for a piece of paper towel which makes cleaning very easy. The top comes off fairly easily to give you more room to put a bird in or let them out!

Works for a temporary cage definitely not a permanent cage as it easily pops apart. Needs to be cheaper as it is cheaply made. Easy to assemble but falls apart if moved.

Was a lot smaller than I realized, won’t fit my two birds in it, let alone one. I have fancy parakeets and they are too big for this cage. Cage also feels very flimsy and was difficult to assemble

Disappointing, but usable for travel
I have 3 cockatiel cages from Prevue Hendricks that are excellent, and was disappointed in the low quality of this travel cage. I wouldn’t trust it to hold together w out cable ties added, and the plastic is very cheap. The food dishes are sized for birds no bigger than a finch, which is fine for me bc I got this cage just to bring my finches home in before transferring them to a (much) larger cage. If you are planning on using this as a travel cage for anything bigger, like a budgie, the dishes are too small to accomodate the head of a bird that size.The door locking mechanism is awful– it’s literally a bump in the wire that keeps the door from sliding up. If you want to open the door, you have to pull the wire of the door towards you, and squeeze the bump over the wire of the cage bar, which jars the cage and any birds in it.I am literally planning on putting my birds in this cage only once for a short period of time to drive them home. Otherwise I would return this cage. It barely does the job.

Great as a temporary cage to shower birds or transport.
I shower my three parakeets in this cage every week. They love it. I love it. It fits in my sink perfectly and i can easily move a spray head around the cage to soak the birds nicely. I didn’t want any weird shape or weird top, and this fit the bill. After showering it is easy to drape a towel over 3/4ths of the cage and set it in front of a small heater fan so they dry off with some warm air around them. It is easy to put the birds in and when done I open the door and release them into their bigger cage. It is also great for taking a bird to the vet. It is super easy to clean, just rinse and set aside for next week. It was easy for me to put together. The first one I bought was renewed and someone obviously did not put it together right and broke a clip, so I returned that one and got a new one. It is perfect for what I use it for and would recommend this cage as a temporary cage without hesitation.

Perfect travel/hospital/jail cage for quail
Perfectly sized. Our quail enjoy it. The Princess hangs out and goes out for a stroll then comes back in to enjoy herself. My teenager takes her for car rides and she loves looking out the window on the freeway. The food containers are just right and it’s easy to use. I would absolutely buy this again.

Es bastante fácil de armar. Me gustó la calidad del acabado de la pintura, por eso dudo que se vaya a descarapelar… va a durar muchísimo. También me gustó que es muy ligera para colgar o si se tiene que estar cambiando de lugar. La calidad es muy buena, aunque la parte inferior es de plástico, pero muy resistente. La charolita que se saca para limpiar es bastante práctica y fácil de manipular. En general, es lo menos que se esperaría de un producto con semejante precio. A mi ave no le gustó, aunque la jaulita sí es muy, muy bonita.
