Worth the Money So Far!
Set-up was really easy, and the app is a nice feature to have. It took about one day for my 4month old cat to warm up to it and start using it. It’s pretty quiet while running, though occasionally some litter gets on the tracks and causes a bit of squeaking. I specifically wanted a box with the waste container in the front, and this one looks like it will hold a good amount. It also came with a litter catcher mat and waste bags, which was a nice bonus.

Great box with 1 minor issue
I needed a replacement for my 20 year old LitterMaid electric litter box. This was the same size and much quieter. There is only one flaw—-the power button is on top of the machine where a cat will be likely to put their paws. It should be a switch or push button on the side. My cats have turned the litter box off 3 times in 2 months. Other than that it’s an affordable electric box with easy setup and use. Maybe for the next design they will ask a cat parent where to put the power button 😻

A Traveler’s Best Friend
As someone who travels for work, this litter box is incredible. The large waste bin means I can leave for a long weekend without worry. The health monitoring in the app is a nice touch, letting me check if my cat’s habits are normal while I’m away. The open design made it an easy transition for my cat. Disassembling it for a deep clean when I get home is straightforward. It’s like having a reliable pet sitter for the litter box duty!

Not worth the money
Probably the worst litter box robot I have ever bought. Have not had it a week and it has had EO errors non stop. The design is not good. I find clumps of litter behind the rake and there is wet litter smudged all in the tracks. I have cleaned up the clumps and it still errors. The waste drawer is also not very friendly with placing the bags. You have to place the bag just right so it is not hanging out of the drawer for the cats to grab. It is better having a standard litter box then dealing with this box.

Love this open design litter box!
love this litter box! I’ve tried other self-cleaning boxes,but the closed ones always stressed my cats out and I was always worried they might get stuck. This open-design model is perfect. My cats can use the bathroom and still be aware of the surroundings. The setup was simple, and my cats jumped in it immediately. I mostly use the one-click clean and the nightly hibernation feature, both of which work nicely. Daily clean is no longer a chore; disassembling it takes less than a minute. The large size is perfect, and the safety sensors are responsive. This is really useful product that improves daily life for me and my cats.

Good mostly self cleaning litter box
This is helpful in keeping the box mostly scooped and is fairly quiet when it runs that I don’t hear it in the next room. The power plug is at the back so it doesn’t quite fit the way I thought it would. I have already recommended it to my neighbor who has two cats.

This isn’t super perfect, actually it somehow wastes a lot of litter during the clean. However, it’s one of few open top wide self cleaning cat toilets and it works well enough. I’d suggest putting some baking soda in the “poop hold” bc it doesn’t seal so that’ll cut down on smell.

Disappointing
Disappointing – Worked for 2 months then it’s been one thing or another. Now one of the tines broke off from the cleaning rake – not holding my breath that this machine is going to last much longer. Settings for auto cleaning time allows clumping litter to either be too wet ( 5 min) or too hard (10 minutes) – my old auto cat box allowed minutes to be set instead of 5 minute intervals – 7 minutes was perfect for the litter we use. The waste receptacle continues to fall off the plugs after cleaning which keeps the lid open (and smell) and frightens the cat. Guess time to find a different product.
