Perfect for travel and transportation
This cage is best for travel. This is a very small cage that is surprisingly durable and sturdy. The clips on the sides ensured that holding the cage by the handle was safe. I did remove all the accessories and only used the food bowl for water when the cage was stationary. He ate cucumbers when we were on the road and in the car without access to water. The castle was cute, but the turrets did not fit with how high I had the bottom level. The slide was too small for my mouse. The wheel was too small as well. Even though the accessories were not useful, the cage itself is very strong and easy to clean.I used this for my pet mouse when we went on a two week vacation. I used cardboard all along the edges of the bottom layer and was able to give him a tiny box and lots of deep bedding on that bottom layer. He came to the top to hang out and eat. Additional clutter on top too with toilet paper rolls and chew sticks.I fully recommend this cage for transportation and if you take them on a long trip, bring extra cardboard to put along the bottom side to provide deep bedding for burrowing. Bring an additional large box, toys, bedding, and boxes to take them out and give them some space outside of the small cage. Wipe clean the top layer with paper towels and dish soap daily, put fresh bedding.

The cage is perfect for a mouse or dwarf hamster but the bars are poor quality.

If You Hate Your Hamster, This is the Cage for You
Whoever designed it would be a great writer for the squid game. That’s a torture chamber, not a cage.The minimum size for a hamster wheel has to be 8in, this one is 4in. That can cause serious injuries on the hamster’s spine.Same for the slide. Too narrow. Tight curve.The castle is fixed in place, but with enough room for the hamster squeeze and get stuck/hurt.Vertical bars on the walls also are unsafe, once the hamsters like to climb, but have poor view.That’s a perfect gift for your psycho kid👎

TOO SMALL FOR ANY TYPE OF HAMSTER. 🐹
This is SO small!! My hamster could barely burrow the bottom has no depth for berrying themselves. Terrible, WAY to small for a Syrian or a dwarf hamster! Besides that I really liked it I just wish they would make a bigger version it cost too much for what it is. Please consider before buying.
