Great size, lightweight Litterbox ; My Cats Now Love It!
I’m updating my review because now it’s #1 for #1. My cats ignored this box for over a month. I was ready to de-commission. I wrote a review that was honest and true – and only two stars. Now that they’re using it, I’ll do the same. This has GREAT waste draw capacity which makes it ideal for multiple cats. It’s very, very quiet. I still can’t really speak to odor because there were two other boxes in the house – one with an odor issue. But it appears to be low odor, too. It’s the perfect size for a tight space and was relatively inexpensive as self cleaners go. My other self-cleaner is heavy and bulky. I wanted one where the litter dropped and was self contained and this answers that need. It is so nice to just pull that waste drawer and dump the bag. That makes it SO much easier to clean. After months of ignoring this machine, one night they just kept climbing in this box – with multiple messages telling me “cat in”. I am now decommissioning the manual box. For two cats we’re down to two boxes. I’ll buy another self-cleaner. Suddenly this is her box – although in his show of dominance, he’ll use it. He still mostly uses the old self-cleaner exclusively. But this new box seems to be mostly her. So, be patient. Let a manual box get good and dirty if they don’t like that (some cats don’t care) and remember, cats really are very odd creatures. One word of advice. It is not as effective if the litter level drops below the minimum so keep that litter level up.I’m adding more updates. This box is perfect for anyone who might struggle with the bulk and the weight of the $400+ models. Compared to my other rotating drum box it is tons easier to clean and so lightweight. I don’t think they emphasize that enough. It’s quiet and as of now, odor free with gel packs that really keep that odor at bay. And the waste draw – which is the major reason I bought this – makes it so much easier to change the bags. I went on a long holiday with my other self-cleaning litterbox and the petsitter didn’t change the bag properly. What a mess! But was easy to see how it might happen. This drawer is idiot proof. I’m going to buy a second one if the male cat will use it more. For reference: he’s almost 10 lbs and she’s almost 9lb.

Quiet, Clean, and Cat-Approved Litter Box
I like this compact self-cleaning litter box. It’s much lighter than the Litter-Robot I used at home. The components were well packed, easy to assemble, and ready to use quickly. Once set up, it runs with minimal noise. My cats had no trouble using it—they’re around 11 lbs, which is within the recommended 5–23 lb range. It also includes a deodorizing feature that helps keep the house clean, and the companion app makes daily maintenance even easier.

Need to change one big thing and would be perfect but major issue
My first one I’ve purchased when it works it’s great but the sensors are way to sensitive or something get on them and so it will pause operation. That there is the problem it will stay in that position witch most the time is closed until you fix the problem so if your at work or not home for a while that is an issue! They should have made it return to standby position. That really is my only complaint and problem with the box but it is a very big problem. What am I supposed to have a back up box somewhere and that is defeating the purpose of the box

Good product for price
I enjoys this cat box but it doesn’t always detect the cats entering it and using the bathroom and there for every other day i check it and run a manual cleaning. It is a nice cat box the tray for the cats is large. Its very easy as you to clean and it definitely keeps the smell down.

Quiet and Easy to Use
This automatic litter box works very smoothly. When it rotates, it does not make any strange noise. When it cleans the litter, it is also quiet, so it does not scare my cat. Sometimes I go on vacation and cannot bring my cat with me, so this automatic litter box helps a lot. It saves me time and keeps the area clean.

Great box but only cleans if I press the button manually.
The litterbox itself is nice quality. One of my cats took to it immediately. Since he is a Savannah cat he is very large and I worried he would not fit or that he wouldn’t want to use such a small space but he actually had no problems at all. My other cat took a couple days to actually use it. He would dig in the litter from outside the box but wouldn’t actually go in and use it. Eventually though he realized it wasn’t going to eat him and he’s been using it fine ever since. The drawer holds quite a bit and for two cats I only have to empty it about every three days or so. It’s very simple and I don’t have to kill my back bending over to scoop it every day. Both of my cats do not like to use a dirty litter box so this is a game changer. I don’t have to worry about them peeing on the floor because they don’t want to go in a dirty box. My only complaint, and the reason for my three stars, is that it won’t self clean. I have to push the clean button on the box or on the app several times a day. It’s still better than scooping it myself and easy to just push a button. But if I’m not home to push the button the box definitely gets stinky which was kind of the whole point of getting a self cleaning box. There is no customer service number to call that I’ve been able to find. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps. Unplugged, held the button while plugging back in to reset. Making sure it’s on a hard flat surface, made sure sensors were clean of debris, etc. I still like this better than having to scoop myself but I doubt I would buy this brand again unless the company reaches out to me to solve this issue. Other than this problem I love the box and would give it five stars if it would clean automatically.
